Andres Aguilar-Aguila Loustaunau (Andres Aglo)

Andres Aguilar-Aguila Loustaunau has spent more than twelve years launching, scaling and repositioning consumer brands across three continents, from Mexico City to Dubai. He founded Arion Group to do the one thing most consultants and brokers cannot: sit on the founder's side of the table and stay accountable from the lease through to opening and growth.

He co-founded and scaled Veganinc into a twelve-location restaurant group across Mexico, built through concept design, menu engineering and national marketing. In Dubai he led operations, marketing and expansion for Meshico Group, a business of five restaurants, two wellness retail brands, a factory and an import company with more than 250 employees, delivering 200% revenue growth and developing the group's winning Expo 2020 pitch.

As Head of Commercial at AG Assets, he guided the creation and expansion of more than ten brands, including FaceFit, Friends Avenue, Range Fitness, Saudi Dates Center and The Icehouse. Today he has secured more than 30,000 sqft of prime Dubai space for clients across Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters, Citywalk and Business Bay, pairing tenant-side lease negotiation with concept creation that landlords approve.
