Eva Beach is a beach club and lounge on Palm Jumeirah, from the group behind Saya Brasserie. Arion helped the group win a rare beachfront location and open on budget.
[ The challenge ]
Beachfront locations are extremely limited, and the developer needed real confidence in the operator before approving the concept.
[ Approach ]
We built a company profile that presented the group as a proven, fully operational success, and used it to win developer approval. We then connected the team with contractors and designers to deliver the fit-out on budget, supported the opening with activations, and restructured the wider portfolio by exiting sites that no longer performed.
